Lee's Treats Terms and Conditions: 

Due to Food Regulations, we can only offer the following:

• Any orders can be canceled if done within 30 minutes of order.
• There are no returns on food items (such as cookies, cupcakes, food related gifts.) due to health codes.
• If any gifts show up broken, please contact us, send us a picture of the broken item, and we will gladly ship a replacement only. Item with be shipped within 24 hours and we will send you the tracking number. 

Please be advised that we make every effort to use all the best ingredients in our baking. Our gluten free cookies are baked in a totally different location than our other cookies.  However; there are times our distributors put a allergy warning on their products. With that being said, we must post this food allergy warning for yours and our safety.  

• Please be advised that food here may contain these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts. lupin, mollusks,  sulfur dioxide (including sulfites). 

Refund Policy – Due to our commitment to delivering only the freshest and highest quality products, all of our items are baked fresh to order and shipped either overnight or via 2 day air. We also deliver locally in certain areas of Fl (see list of locations on our store page here). As a result, we have implemented a strict policy which states that All Sales Are Considered Final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We understand that this policy might not align with your preferences or requirements. However, we want to assure you that this decision was set to ensure that you receive our products in their optimum state of freshness and quality.
