Shipping & Delivery Information - Lee’s Treats Bakery

At Lee’s Treats Bakery, we pride ourselves on delivering freshly baked cookies and gifts with one thing in mind: to get them to you fresh & delicious! Our online store is available 24/7, and we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on orders with standard Monday-Wednesday delivery.

Order Deadlines for Friday Delivery:
To ensure you receive your cookies by Friday evening, please place your order by 9 AM on Wednesday. This gives us time to bake, pack, and ship your order via UPS by noon. If you place your order after 9am, there is no guarantee it will make it by Friday night, even with confirmation.  UPS does not make any assurances anymore even on a 2 day shipping. They also don't have residential delivery in many areas on Saturday's.  

Orders Placed Thursday - Sunday online

Due to how our ordering system is set up, any orders placed online on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following business day (Monday) unless it falls on a holiday.

Shipping Methods:

• Florida orders: UPS Standard
• Other US orders: 2-Day UPS Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note, delays caused by weather or UPS are outside of our control, there are no refunds given.

Call in Local Orders: 

You can call in your orders Monday-Thursday during normal business hours to place your order. See below for more information on Local Florida Delivery. Click here for areas of delivery. Thanks. 

Local Florida Delivery:

• Minimum order: $35.00
• Delivery hours: Monday-Thursday between 1-4 PM; Friday between 12-2 PM
• Weekend deliveries are available by appointment only.

For delivery to universities, hospitals, or office buildings, be sure to include complete address details (including floor numbers, suite numbers, etc.). UPS requires this information for timely delivery.

Summer Heat Warning:
To ensure the freshness of your treats, please be aware of the Summer Heat Warning for cookies containing chocolate or toppings that could melt during transit. If you're in a region with temperatures over 85°F, we recommend checking your local weather forecast before placing your order. During periods of excessive heat, once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for potential melting, and no refunds will be issued.

Holiday Season Tips:
During busy holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to guarantee delivery before the holidays. Please be aware that UPS may experience delays during peak times.

Important Shipping Notes:

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
• For university shipments, include both the street address and student’s box number.
