Shipping information for Online Orders

Here at Lee's Treats, we ship Freshly Baked Cookies and Gifts with one thing in mind - TO GET THEM TO YOU FRESH & DELICIOUS!  You can now place your online orders 24/7 on our store page.  We are now excited to offer you our new FREE SHIPPING with standard Monday-Wednesday ordering.  To receive your orders by Friday evening, you must place your order no later than 9am on Wednesday to allow time us to make the fresh baked cookies, pack them and get them to a UPS shipping facility by 2pm. (We recommend that during Holiday season that you place your orders early to assure they make it to you by the Friday prior to the Holidays.) Please see the update sent by UPS. ** 

If you place a order Thursday or Friday that needs a Saturday Shipping Delivery: Please call our offices to place your order at 727-222-4404. Overnight deliveries are not free shipping. We will be glad to contact UPS for you at our pricing so we can get you the correct shipping prices and invoice you via PayPal/Square  for the correct amount so you can have it for the weekend. If you place an order through our online store Thursday or Friday your order will automatically setup for the next business day (Monday).  

All orders will shipped UPS standard in Florida or 2-day the rest of US.  You will receive a tracking number after the order has been received by our order department and shipped.  Please be informed that we cannot control the weather; therefore any delays on UPS's side are not in our control. 

**UPDATE FROM  FROM UPS :  To all of our customers: Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we recommend that you communicate with your customers that they place an order with you for the weekends no later than Wednesday. But if you place an order on a Thursday or Friday, we here at UPS can no longer guarantee 2 day residential delivery to all locations during weekends. **  So what does that mean to you?  That means that if you order Thursday or Friday your delicious cookies would sit in a hanger for the weekend, and you would receive it that Monday or Tuesday; and we don't want that for you. We want your cookies to get to you fresh and delicious. If you do order Thursday or Friday, we will contact you on how you want to proceed. 

**Please take note: Summer Heat Warning! Please check at the bottom of a cookie description to see if the cookie you are interested in has this warning. We recommend that before purchasing, please check your local weather forecast to make sure you are not expecting 85+ degree temperatures. What is a cookie with Summer Heat Warning?  This is for any type of cookie with that can include chocolate/white chocolate topping, or toppings that may become soft and could potentially melt during transit if you are shipping to a warm climate. During excessive heat, if you decide to order, once it leaves our hands and is at UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package due to excessive heat, and no refunds will be given. **

Local Florida Delivery:  Any FL local residential orders placed must have a minimum order of $35.00 (For more on delivery/pickup locations click here.)  For deliveries with setup at locations: We do offer this option by request for an additional fee.  Delivery times during the week are:  Monday-Thursday between 1-4pm and Friday between 12-2pm. Weekend deliveries by appointment only.  Should you have any questions, please contact our office 727-222-4404.  

Additional information: 

Universities, Hospitals, Offices, and Apartment Buildings When shipping to a university, hospital, apartment, or office building please make sure to include all information (including the name of the school/hospital/business, or apartment, name of recipient, full address, floor numbers, suite numbers, apartment numbers, and any other important information). UPS/FedEx will require all necessary information in order to correctly and promptly deliver cookie packages going to these locations.

UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR APO ADDRESSES.

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, PLEASE INCLUDE A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS IN ADDITION TO THE STUDENT'S BOX #.
