At Lee’s Treats Bakery, we’re all about delivering freshly baked cookies and delightful gifts straight to your door—fresh, delicious, and made with love! Our online store is open 24/7, and we’re so excited to offer FREE standard shipping on orders placed for delivery from Monday to Wednesday.

Important UPS Update (Effective 3/31/25):
UPS no longer guarantees 2-day shipping, and residential deliveries are limited on Saturdays in many areas. Please check UPS.com to see how this may affect your delivery.

We want you to enjoy your cookies as soon as possible! To make sure your treats arrive by Friday evening, please place your order by 8:30 AM on Wednesday ET. This gives us plenty of time to bake, pack, and ship your order via UPS.

If you order after 8:30 AM, we can’t guarantee it’ll arrive by Friday—even if you get a confirmation from us. And just a heads-up, UPS sometimes has delays, and in certain areas, they don’t offer residential delivery on Saturdays. For more details, check UPS.com for your area.

If you place an order between Thursday and Sunday, no worries! We’ll get it shipped the next business day (Monday), unless it falls on a holiday.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your sweet treats on their journey. Please note: while we’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by UPS or weather-related issues.

We’re thrilled to offer delivery in the areas listed on the store page in Florida, but we do have a few details to keep in mind:

• Minimum order: $35
   
• Delivery hours: Monday-Thursday, between 1 PM – 4 PM, and Friday between 12 PM – 2 PM
   
• Weekend deliveries: Available by appointment
   
• For deliveries to universities, hospitals, or offices, please provide detailed address info (including floor and suite numbers) so UPS can get your order to you on time.
   

We’re all about keeping your treats fresh and delicious, but if you live in an area with temperatures over 80°F, please keep in mind that chocolates or toppings may melt during transit. During really hot weather, once the package leaves our hands, we’re not able to offer refunds for melted treats. We recommend checking your local weather before placing your order to ensure the best delivery experience!

We know the holidays are a busy time, so we encourage you to place your orders early to guarantee delivery before the holiday fun begins. Please remember that UPS may experience delays during peak times, so the sooner we get your order, the better!

• No PO Boxes or APO addresses: UPS doesn’t deliver to these addresses.
   
• University shipments: Make sure to include both the street address and the student’s box number to avoid any delays.
